I believe you can initiate it at level 15, but it’s not until you have access to the Feerrott that you are able to complete it. Anyway, there are several difficult parts to this quest so here is a small list of tricks to help you through.
Antonica – Part I the one in Antonica is very easy; however it is much easier if you use this trick. Your second stop after the Tower of Vhalen is the Keep of The Gnoll Slayers. To save at least a minute or two, head south to the Steppes Griffin Station.
Take the Griffin to the Oracle Tower Station. Then head north to the Ruins of Caltorsis and backtrack to the other stops. It should be no problem finishing this one.
Furthermore, the timer starts from the timer you enter the zone and doesn’t restart when you zone in the next round, that way you get to redo it quicker as well. This works with the group arena, and it might work with crawlers if the coding is the same.
