There have been a handful of changes made to the game over this expansion to help alleviate the communication 'issue' in random dungeons. The first was the buff to the random dungeon buff from a flat 5% to 5/10/15% depending on how many random players in the dungeon relative to you.
With the up and coming patch CC will no longer aggro.
So, I have to wonder why, when queuing from Whisperwind, I have twice now gotten in a group with people that speak another language. I do not mean this in any kind of racist / elitist way. Just simply in a, why, if communication is such a stressed issue in random dungeons, can i queue for them with people that speak another language. The language barrier can be overcome in a basic sense. A spanish speaking tank said square - mage, and we all knew that meant the mage should sheep square. In a more technical boss explanation, though, where even just basic choices have to be made, when to lust? which side to hatch first? who should stand out in what order? this language barrier can potentially become frustrating for all players involved.
I was under the assumption I played on North American / Oceanic servers, and that Latin American servers existed. I have no clue how Europe is setup (though I can probably find it quickly on the inter-tubes).
Is there a reason I can queue with people speaking another language? Is Whisperwind somehow combined with some LA servers? Do you think this is less of an issue than I feel it potentially can be? Do you think Blizzard should take steps to regulate IP's from certain regions connecting to servers of another region?
