What can I say, this is cheap and easy, plus you need a lot of WOW Gold. Linen thread is also a great seller in AH, ranging from 12-16k in AH.

Also, always harvest on darks day, preferably on a new moon, as well. You'll get best results. Try planting on either lights or darks day, then feeding the ice crystals to the plant on ice day and winds day (or both on ice day).

Also, try to always feed the ice crystals to the plant on days that are close to the new moon. You can also feed the ice crystals on darks day, as well.

It's been a while since I've done this (close to a year now), but I had 16 characters all with 9 pots 1 arcane, and would make a crapload of money. One time I made close to 3 mil gil from just the plat leaves, and then had ores to sell, too boot.

Typically, on an average harvest, I make back the cost of the materials with just the plat leaves themselves, and the ores are pure profit.

And if you have really high goldsmith (I think its 100), you can just pump out snow / snow + 1 rings and make an insane killing, or sell them to someone to make ice staves from.
