FFXI Dark Knight Job Abilities: Job abilities mean special strengths which are unlocked after the required number of levels are completed. These can be reused WOW Gold after a specific amount of real-life time has passed (re-use time for each ability is different).
Beast masters and FFXI Parties: Final Fantasy XI Beast Masters can lead their own party in a party! They can have the pets take on the tanks jobs, or they can use them as attackers. Most Beast Masters like to solo as they are perhaps the only class that can solo even at 70!
Part Time Beast masters: FFXI Beast Masters do well with all kinds of melee fighters. Thief, Warrior, Paladin and Monk all add to their survivability and melee.
The option of White Mage is interesting, because with that they can heal and keep their party going strong for longer periods of time.

Don't count the Taru out of the race either. Just as Galka are low on MP, Taru are behind on the HP. Which will restrict them a bit but they will by no means be walk-overs for the enemy.
