The pick up and drop off places of the courier missions will give you a chance to take a look at various stations, these stations will have a section saying “Agents available to you” that will show the names of agents you can receive Aion Gold missions from right then. It will give them a level (from 1-5, as a beginner, you will be doing 1) and then a rank.
Basically, the ranks are the levels within each of the levels (1-5). This is the straightforward way of finding agents as a new player that comes naturally by doing the missions of your first agent.
There is another way of seeing what agents you can work with, though this takes a few steps to get to. Open character sheet go to the standings section, in the standings sections, and go to the “Liked by” tab.
From here, there will be a list of factions, by each faction; there will be an info button to click. After clicking the info tab of a faction, go to the Member Corp tab and click on one of the different options (if you want to get some combat experience, go to the navy corp).
