Ok lets brain storm about game improvements in a way to easily read them. Post your ideas in two ways. First as it would look in a offical patch note and then as a more detailed description about what it changes and why. I'll keep this top post with the patch note form and a link to your  post. Professions
Fishing
. Your fishing line has a higher chance to land in a pool if your fishing skill is higher then the pools level.

. You have less chance of depleting a pool if your fishing skill is higher then the pools level.

. When hovering over a fishing pool the pool will show a bar in the tooltip showing how many more fish can be pulled up

. The chance you will catch a fish earlier during the fishing spells channel increases as you fishing skill is higher then the pools level.

Items
. Several items in game are now bound to the guild in which the person who made or acquire the item belongs. This items can now be stored in the guild bank, and mail or traded to people of the same guild. Items include but not limited to Cauldron of Battle and Seafood Magnifique Feast.
