I haven't looked into why there were bugs, how they happened exactly, what happened that classified it as a 'bug' etc., and quite frankly, I don't care.

So far as I can tell, the resets didn't affect too many people, as far as their total mark-count, but it DID affect those who took advantage of this bug.  By today, they have a total (From what I've seen) of 53 marks.  

It doesn't upset me that "Oh noez they r ahed uv me I'm losing noooo!" It upsets me that this hasn't been fixed. When honor vendors bugged out and you could get honor gear for free (Late Lich King X-Pac), they took the bugged items away from anyone who purchased one, gone, removed, poof. The principle of the matter is that they broke ToA by exploiting the game system when it was bugged, and took advantage of the opportunity. Good on them for catching it, bad on them for, basically, being rewarded for exploiting a reset.

I want the extra marks that were given for completing the dailies, and therefore allowing those players to progress faster than intended through the content, removed from the benefactors of this bug.
