Here is what yours stats would look like if you followed my stat advice. (On a side note Intelligence and Charm will not be raised)
This is a suggestion. I am not promising any miracles by using this EQ2 Plat formula, but it is a very effective build in my point of view.
Skills: Skills imo, are even more important than Stats. Skills will make or break your character and in the Bow Hawker->Scout case, there is not much to choose from. As many of you know, saving skills for level 70 so you can load up on the second class is a great idea. The skills that you should have by level 69 are:
*Passive*
Bow Mastery: 10
Combat Mastery: 10
*Active*
Aim Shot: 10
Trap Shot: 5
Hawker Spirit: 8
Speed Shot: 3
Sprint: 1
The two masteries are a given, Bow Mastery raises Attack power with a bow and Combat Mastery increases attack speed with a bow.
On a final note about skills, if you decide to get 3 or more "Active" skills, I recommend choosing one of the three skills to level up so they aren't all weak and you can just use the ones you decide not to level up to attack with while the your primary skill regenerates.
