Where to level: Level up for a novice is very hard but you can refer Cabal Alz to the perma novice faq also can.

Level 1 to Level 10: Just stay at anywhere that is novice friendly, some porings or what will do.

Level 11 to Level 20: Emm...lets just say there are a few monsters already, continue on porings and whatever that is novice friendly until level 12. After that I think you need someone to tank poporing if you can.

Level 21 to Level 30: Quite hard, only pecopecos will give you that much EXP but you need tank and a priest to help you if you can.

Level 30 to Level 45: Wa at here don't know what to say, something you may need tank too. You can try going in to easy dungeons like payon cave Level 1 then slowly to Level 2 if you can.

Level 46 to Level 60: Orc vilage is the best place, but tanks is needed

Level 60 to Level 70: You will need tanks on alligators since there is not much place already.

Level 71 to Level 99: Solo on geographers and coal mine level 3 is also the place for training. GH is possible too but not too dangerous, Turtle Island also can but does be very careful at there.
