Word over at Funcom HQ is that all US servers will come down for the merge of the two US servers 'Bloodspire' and 'Hyperborea' tomorrow, January 7, 2009 at 07:00 EST / 12:00 GMT. There will be no update deployed. The downtime is scheduled to last about 6 hours. w00t! Keep your fingers (and toes) crossed, let's hope things work out this time! At an earlier date, Craig Morrison mentioned that once a successful merge has taken place, the entire project should be finished within about two weeks.
